Stupid question were do you find those avatars to fit or those pictures beside your names?

user cp is where you can import your own pic.

it must be correct size.

Find an image preferably non-copyrighted, resize it to 50x50 in Paint or some other program, save it as a gif or jpg and upload it via User CP.
