Thanks. What Im saying is, ok if I do a movement, I don't know what its called by name. I just know movements because I was taught by sight, you get what Im saying? Or maybe Im explaining wrong.:confused:

To get a basic idea of how the movements look, purchase Lee Kam Wing's book, The Secret of Seven Star Mantis Style. Sifu Lee demonstrates all the major stances, strikes and kicks in the book. Then you could compare the pictures to the names in the forms that I post.
