Chinese Dit Da Ke and Iron Palm Training seminar which
will be held on September 30, 2006 at Oriental Medical Therapy Associates 19 BelmontStreet Cambridge MA 02138.
Par Scott, Lic. Ac. will teach how to use Over The Counter( OTC) herbal remedies
and herbal liniments to deal with the myriad of injuries that occur during Martial
Arts training and other forms of sports/exercise as well as application as it pertainsto the injury. Basic massage and injury management will also be covered in this introduction to old school Chinese injury management.
Dale Dugas of Coiling Dragon Internal Arts will present for the first time in the
Metro Boston area an introduction to Authentic Iron Palm training. This seminar
will cover essential equipment acquisition and use, herbal medicines and how to use them correctly, striking mechanics as well as explanation of the various warm ups and Qi Gong exercises. He will also cover strength training and how it pertains to Iron Palm training, teaching many excises that will enhance anyones training program.
The cost of both seminars will be $250.00(various materials/supplies at extra cost)
