I downloaded this PDF from the Crossfit web site. It's a chart of strength standards for the press, squat, bench press, deadlift and power clean based on gender and body weight.

According to the chart I'm pretty much a novice at these lifts. I'd be pretty happy with being Intermediate for most. The advanced levels are some pretty serious numbers. And the Elite is mutant levels. Check it out, where do you fall?
