Can anyone tell more about Yuen Yik Kai s Hung Chia Hung Kuen ? I think it comes from Lau Pha Shan mountain in Kwangtung province China , in Vietnam it is called Hung Jia . I have one of the Yuen Yik Kai books on the art but am looking for more history about the art and how the forms are performed , on the Hung Jia Vietnam website it talks about different types of breathing and tension in the forms and also half hard and half soft aswell.
