On Friday and Saturday October 13-14, Park Bok-Nam, senior lineage disciple of Lu Shui Tian, will be in Chicago to offer a two day seminar covering Health and Self-Defense training methods in baguazhang. The seminar will be located in the river west neighborhood in Chicago with easy access from the highway. Friday will last from 4pm-9pm and Saturday will last from 10am-4pm.
Topics to be covered have not yet been decided, but Sifu tries to match the seminar with the skill level of the participants.
