Hi everyone,
SiFu Allan Lee will give a 2 day seminar/workshop in Winterthur Switzerland Sept 2 & 3rd 2006. This seminar is a great opportunity to experience Applied Wing Chun training methods. The seminar will be VERY hands on, with lots of drills and exercises that build on the theories that SiFu lee will present.

Basic Ideas of Wing Chun
Simultaneous defense and offense
Theory of Distance, shortest distance, etc.
Protect and Attack to the center line
Smaller, weaker, less power than opponent

1st form: Thoeories and application
Hand movements and utilization of short bridge power
Centerline idea of structure in the hands
Body and Hand coordination
Proper understanding of Power, explanation of how to generate from the ground

Wing Chun Horse: how to train power.
Footwork: various chasing horse drills, retreating horse drills and triangle horse drills
IV
Wing Chun exercises: supporting exercises and theory
iron bar training, weights, dumb bells, wood blocks, jars, shockups

Basic sticky hands
