Hello!
Recently I've felt the need for aerobic exercise. I practice Tai Chi, but that's not what you would call aerobic.
It seems that a hearty Shaolin or Kung Fu form would do the trick.
I'm familiar with the PaQua Circle Walk, - a great aerobic exercise - but can't do it because my apartment is too small and skinny.
So I'm in the market for a Kung Fu or Shaolin DVD
I need some suggestions. I'd like the best all-around workout I can get - a form which works most parts of the body - something that will get me into reasonable shape. What do you folks recommend?
Thanks!
