They didn't mention any Martial Art expertise from the nurse. I must say the woman has been very lucky to get out of that situation without having her skull crashed by the hammer.

Well she's pretty heavy. If it just said suffocated she probably just sat on his face. But since it says strangled then she must have used her thighs. :)
