SpringForest Qigong? Hey guys I just got a tape in the mail ! [Archive]

So, I'm looking through all the mail I accumulated while I was gone in SoCal, and there's a VHS tape in there. I thought, "Huh? I didn't order any tapes." There was a booklet with it. Basically it's a copy of a newsbroadcast from some Minnesota news show on this guy who does Spring Forest Qigong, and all these people who used to have horrible medical conditions that are now in good health thanks to him. Then I see that Dragon Door is selling this whole course thing, for a few hundred dollars, and the video was a promo for me to buy it.

So anyone know about this? I believe the guy was Chunyi Lin.

any good qi-gong practice will improve health. It can be as simple as learning how to breath correctly to improve normal functions. If you are studing qi-gong from a qualified teacher, I would sugges not spending $100 dollars or more on video's they wont show you or teach you the same as a teacher would and proper learning habits cannot be learned from a video.....
