Is there something special to learning external arts before you start an internal art? Or is it just that everybody's mind hasn't developed enough to accept internal arts? The external arts stop working probably around 30-40 and that's when people usually change to the internal. My main questions here are: Is there something essential to the internal found from external arts? Or is everybody just stupid for wasting 20 years until they finally decide on an internal art?
