It's called "Yanqing Dandao" (Yanqing's Single Sabre) in Mandarin. The pronunciation you're using is probably Cantonese. Here's my shifu performing that form:

Yanqing Dao is a form taught by Sifu Park Bok-Nam as part of his weapons curriculum. I believe it would have the same source as your teacher's material.
