I was rather amused to find this version out there as it was me who scanned the book and did all the hard work correcting the text and setting it up as one page in a web format, I have not let it go to many but you can now reap the benefits,

it's the same version just a different link the only difference to my original version is that I included pics of the dustcover, still trying to find out who put it up online though, can hardly complain as it is not my copyright, :rolleyes:
