Hi this is my first post, nice to be here. I was wondering if there was a kf school or two in the Lincoln/Omaha area. I know Nebraska has been the butt of some jokes about not havin' a lot of martial arts schools but say it aint so?

Dragon Arts in Benson is the only place I could find.

There are kung fu schools in the Omaha/Bellevue area that are questionable and I would like to give you fair warning / caution before you get pulled into signing any contract. Click on the link http://www.teoulmoon.com/schools/schools.aspx and check out the schools at the bottom of the page under "WARNING"

Hm. Thanks. Might you know why they wouldn't be authorized?

Yes, but to cut the long story short, click on the link

The funny thing is, he (head instructor) still tells his students that he teaches Teoul Moon. It's just sad that his students believe they're promotion or advancement is recognized under the Teoul Moon Association, which is totally bogus. Oh well, can't stop a man from trying to make a living.

Someone should just tell him to call it Sip Pal Gi so he can avoid the political affiliation with the organization.

Sifu Phillip Starr, founder/headmaster of Yiliquan, teaches in Omaha. Their Yahoo! Group is located at http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/yilichuan/

I'd avoid "Dragon Arts" and the alleged Teoul Moon school.
