Thanks for the clip. It's been posted here before and as far as I remember some poeple were very critical (surprise surprise in the WC world!).

He does things a little differently to how we do. We were taught the dummy for working the angles, sticking, and breaking off, and cutting/avoiding footwork. Can't really see this guy's feet in this clip.

I guess he's demoing just for speed?
