This is my one favorite forums and I like most of what I read in these threads. I respect your opinions and would like to know what you think about the following link:

From what I've seen of dancers they tend to lead with their chests rather than their dantien. They keep their focus higher inorder to look lighter on their feet, also they do not tend to have the sort of body connection between arms and ribs that you find in the internal arts. That's not to say that they aren't excellent athletes with great coordination.
