I've been studying now for about two years and am looking for new training options in the city. There are so many Sifus, I don't know where to go. Any reccomendations? Are there and schools that train in the afternoon?

Cities like NY have tons of teachers. What are you interested in?

Physically, I would like to focus on a style that will increase my hand speed and coordination while getting me in great shape. I would like to keep the traditional emphasis on mind and spirit as well. I tend to work early mornings and evenings so mid afternoon training options would be great but those seem hard to come by. I've really enjoyed the time I've put in the last few years but I don't think I can stay at the same school anymore because of scheduling purposes. Jones-ing to jump into a good environment though. Haven't trained in a week and feeling like a chump

What's the word on the Shaolin Temple on Broadway? Looks like a good environment from the videos I've seen... crazy fast
