It is in suffolk county Long Island. A place for rent opened up near my house and my brother and I said "why not." It is about 15ft wide but goes 60ft back.
I just took whatever I had in the bank and used a credit card to get everything I needed to open the school (Mats, Paint, flooring, sign, etc.). I have about 15 students.
I also have the possibility of expansion. If I get the store next door I will break down the wall and put a ring and a bag area in the space. It's gonna be an awesome training facility if I get the other store.
