So the southern Cali sun was shining on my face, I could barely open my eyes.
Some friends are interested in the relaxation exercises of the wrist, elbow and shoulder joints.
There are many ways.
But in this vid, I showed some common ways in Tong Bei.
The Ba Gua practice is not good. The knees are supposed to be next to each other. However, I was not not able to divide it. so it tagged alone.
I am new to the digital camcorder.
