Where can I find a copy of Sun Lu-tang's 1924 book, The True Essence of Boxing?

I doubt its in america i know on amazon you can get his hsing-i book. But many times its sold out its very popular because he talks about hing gung ching gung or however you will

Yeah, I picked up his Xingyi book at a local book store, and that was what made me want the others, specifically the True Essence book. I've heard a couple of people mention it, and decided I'd at least look for it.

I'd settle for a Chinese copy, even.

I haven't even seen that book here in taiwan. I think it's very hard to find. We have his other three. Good luck in your search.

A volume of all Sun's works, including the one you are after was just released in Beijing. If you ask Jarek, he may be able to get it for you. It is in Chinese though. If you want English translations, find Smith's first Hsing-I book. The advice from the masters was lifted from there.
