The last book I bought online cost $24.95 plus shipping so it came out to be about $30 or so in total.

I'm told good accupuncture books can cost upwards of $300. Problem, how do I know which ones are the good ones. I'm not gonna spend more than $300 on a book if I don't even know if it's good or not. Feel me?

Are you learning acupuncture? If you are, shouldn't you be learning it from a trained professional? Wouldn't that trained professional be able to recommend a book?

Nah, just get drunk and poke your date with tooth picks until you figure it all out :D

...and I've sold books for hundreds too, especially autographed books.

SPJ, if B&N and Amazon are slashing your prices, that means only one thing - your book is not moving. Welcome to the remainder list. Don't feel bad - MA titles seldom do that well in the mass market. We're pretty specialized and cannot generate the numbers like John Grisham, Bob Woodward or Nora Ephron right now, not by a long shot. Perhaps you need to advertise (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/about/advertise.php).;)

LOL! Now that is funny.

No. I don't want any needles either. But I would like a better understanding of the human body, and how the meridians work than what's in a Wong Kiew Kit or Yang Jwing Ming book.

And what does "OT" mean anyway?
