like it or not?
corrections, mistakes or whatever your takes.
these are very short practices. only a few moves are strung together by me.
I modified them to bring out a focused practice theme on each set.
And yes I would practice them over and over.

On the final single whip in the last vide, it seemed as if your hand was ahead of your body in terms of movement rather than connected and moving as one whole unit.
Your chen style practicing when you are bringing your fist down onto open palm I presume. That looked good to me and seemed natural. Do you also practice this with a more quick pace and louder cracking of the fist onto open hand?
Yes. You are correct. There should be a movement of the upper body and rotation of the waist and not just the arm movement.
There are many variants of Chen Tai Chi.
Sometimes even within the substyle of Chen Tai Chi such as Zhao Bao or Hu Lei.
There are practices of the same postures with different speeds and focuses.
such as practices of the frames/Jia, power/jin, Chan Si etc
if the practice of the frames, yes all the body parts moving at the same time.
if the practice of hand/wrist, then most of the movements are from the arm/wrist only. the rest of the body still move but not much.
good observation.
