Age may have "some" limitations but there are so many aspects to learning Wing Chun Kung Fu.
From the day I met Sifu Rick Spain I never stopped learning. He has so much to give if you are willing to learn. Processing all the information was and still is challenging !
The right attitude & a never say die attitude are just some of the attributes you will need.
It's very challenging and without doubt one of the most rewarding things I have ever undertaken.
If I had to define what I have earned in a nutshell I would say this.
#1 - Endurance and speed are what I seek in my training
#2 - Learning to think & move faster than my opponent is my goal. = David & Goliath
To my Sifu Rick Spain and the many people I trained with like Andrew & many thanks to John Chan.
