I finally took some time to look at Sifu Sharif's vids.

What to give him much props for putting this stuff out there. He lays some good info in the old school way.

Cool ass video I watched it twice. Did you learn that form in Hong Kong.

I think I see a little snake in there but they're really similar. That form is preformed really well. Their opening bow is really different also. I've never seen anyone preform that form at the academy either.
