That is my branch being repped there! Great to see.

The guy teaching at the start is a student of Lee Yin Sing (the founder of our branch of Jook Lum).

Apparently he mixed some of the Lee Yin Sing Mantis with Bak Mei (which was his main style) and that is what the clip shows.
