Does anyone recognise this form?

It seems to be made up of a number of Tai Tzu techniques, I am suspecting it is the second section to the Shaolin 32 Taizu.

Anyone have any thoughts or ideas?

That's Shaolin Zhaoyang quan. It is a basic form in the songshan curriculum.
It lies somewhere between small red fist and tongbei 1.
