My wife works in a chinese medicine shop, they have a supplement called powerful joints, I read the ingredients and told my wife to pick up a bottle. The ingredients and idea of this product are great BUT: it says 200 mg of glucosamine and 200 mg or chondroiten a serving (i've had this amount of these products in tablets before minus the other ingredients), what is a serving? a serving is 3 tablets. 3 tablets, and this is a bottle of 60. My advice, get the other ingredients from other sources and just get a glucosamine and chondroiten (+ or- msn) supplement and save yourself the money.
