Chen family 2 person spear is recorded as far back as the Ming dynasty. Has anyone here learned any Taiji spear?

I train Chen from the Chen Zhaokui lineage and we use the spear. The movements are few and it is largely intended to train power emissions.

I have also studied Yang style spear which includes some two person sticking drills.

Is the form named Li-hwa spear or 6 harmony spear?
According to ancient records this is the name of the form.

I thought I had read somewhere that the Yang Taiji spear was based on Chen spear, but that Chen spear was in turn based on the spear of Yang---not the Yang Taiji family, but a different famous martial Yang family. Anybody else hear this?

I haven't learned the form yet, but I have seen my sifu do the Wu style Tai Chi spear. It was awesome, it is a complete form, not just training exercises. It was done at full speed, and it was very fluid. I have several more years to go, and then hopefully I'll be able to learn it.

In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about
life. IT GOES ON.
