my parents just got me a punching bag. I am wondering if it's feasible for me to build a stand out of wood (if yes are there any technical drawings out there that I can use?) or if it's better to go buy a real punching bag stand (one in walmart is 99.99$ i don't have that kind of money right now lol).

btw my parents bought the bag in hong kong and sent it to me here in usa. I've never had a bag before so I wan to tmake sure I am doing this right. There is this foam type of thing inside the bag, should i just shovel sand inside the that foampad or just shovel sand in and just fill it up without worrying of where it lands?
