at :43. he was doing several moves so fast that I can't really tell.

maybe some Fu Jian southern shaolin fist people chime in soon.

interesting. looked kinda wing chunnish or some of the shorter movements from hung gar forms.


7*: if i were to guess he was simulating a lot of short striking type movements (blocking and striking) with someone who was playing the same game with him. i.e. 'hey, were both going to stand in front of each other and try to hit each other only in the face or chest'.

don't anybody get upset with that interpretation. one of the faults of CMA forms is the assumption of response within forms. not that you can't get around that, you just have to think out of the box, so to speak.
