The guy who started it in the first clip seemed to use a really half ass pre-emptive strike. Kinda like he was so arrogant, that he figured the other dude would not want to butt heads.

Guess he figured wrong.:D

So who is recording this when it goes down? How did the camera end up on the situation?
Just curious.

I've watched this several times and it still doesn't ring true.

To start with people are laughing in the background.

Also, it appeared that the guy was knocked out. I didn't see any blows that would do this. Also in the middle of it the guy on top seems to be moving his hands in the other guy's face and the next thing you know he's got blood all over him.

Also notice at the end of the video the guy on the ground has something in his right hand that he seems to be passing to the other guy...my guess this is where the blood came from.:D

Oh yes, of course!

In a real fight the guy on the ground usually passes something to the guy that just beat him up....I understand now....:D

I rechecked the fight. But now on second viewing, yeah it does "look" like the guy pulls something out of the grounded guys hand.

What that could be who really knows.

I'm impressed with the second one. He managed to get his punch in before the agressor could finish his strike.

It's a particuraly unpleasant British crime trend known as "happy slapping". They start a fight while his friends record it on their camera phones. There are a few vids on the net (such as this one) where they try it with the wrong guy.

Unless he was a good actor, I'd say the actual fight one was real. Just by the tone of the guy's voice when he was saying he didn't want to fight.
