Just a short introduction I am DDG I have trained Yang Stlye Tai Chi for over ten years and Hebei Xingyiquan for about 3.

In the past I did a bit of forms collection some Chen, CMC and Wu styles, some Shaolin Long Fist and a bit of Bagua and some Wing Chun.

But for the last several years it has been Tai Chi and Xingyi.
