I would really go check out Cheng Ming. Crappy kwoon in a corner of a grocery store-food court. But the instruction is good. Affordable too. You can take all classes for one price Hsing I, TaiChi, Bagua.

Lees White Leopard teaches Wu Style.

Have not seen Southern Sky, but know folks that train there and says its good.
