Push hands 12:30-3:00
Cost 95$ for whole day, 50$ half day
We are delighted to announce that Master Yang Hai is once again coming to Guelph, this time to give an informative and innovative seminar on Chen Taijiquan and Push Hands.
Master Yang hails from the city of Tienjin, China where he learned martial arts from his grandfather at a young age. He is a disciple of the famous Taiji grandmaster Ma Hong. Ma Hong learned from Chen Zhaokui, the son of Chen Fa Ke.
Master Yang has lived in Canada since 2001 and has been teaching Taiji, Bagua, and Xingyi in Montreal for several years at his school Wudang Internal Martial Arts and Qi Gong Centre.
In this seminar, master Yang will present the first portion of the Taiji form during the morning. In the afternoon he will teach push hands and some martial arts applications.
This will be an excellent seminar for people at any level of experience in Taiji or other martial arts. Participants may attend half or full day, though it is recommended that those attending the push hands session learn the form in the morning or have some previous understanding of chen Taiji.
To register or inquire about the seminar please contact James Coons at lizardlioneagle@hotmail.com
