I'm sure everybody would agree that you can't really learn Kung-Fu from a video tape. I do feel however, that you can pick up techniques, concepts, principles and tactics. I'm curious as to what are some of your favorite videos?

I'm sure there are plenty of good MMA videos but I'm mainly interested in videos that have enhanced your ability to use your traditional martial art.

Three of my favorites:
1. Fighting arts of Indonesia-Combat Secrets of Silat and Kuntao by Bob Orlando

2. The four volume-fighting footwork of Kuntao and Silat series-by Bob Orlando

3. Green Dragon's-Fundamentals of Empty Hand Fighting

Some of those clips are hilarious. I especially like the one with the guy striking the board and the board hitting him in the head!

Thanks for the serious responses as well. I've read a lot of good reviews on David James' material, but I've never seen any of his stuff. Has anyone out there purchased any of his tapes? Are they as good as advertised?
