Syin Nien Kwi-le'! Happy New Year to everyone! Jhu-Nien,(year of the Pig), is supposed to be a year to gain Intelligence , but also have Turbulence! Whenever year of the Pig rolls around, I always think of 'Arnold the Pig' from 'Green Acres', and how smart he was!,..LOL'! Gong Xi!, Li Ma-Keh

I am immersed or drowning in the sin city (las vegas).

it was raining on Monday. yesterday was nice, the sun came out but the temp is still cold. afterall, it is winter and high desert.

I always remembered the scorching heat in the summer.

the strip was full chinese characters wishing everyone a happy new year. all casinos serving some chinese cuisine or dim sum buffet for 2 weeks.

there will be a big culture festival coming sunday in chinatown nearby.

there are 2 banners or Dui Lian in front of the entrance at Bellagio. they have a flower garden with a big figure of the god of wealth or Cai Shen and a pink pig with 12 boys and girls in chinese dresses representing 12 animals.

I was reading the mag.

nirvana is a flower garden with all you can eat dim sum.

Tao is a nite club at venetian.

harmony and tranquility are spa at luxor.

oh well I am so "enlightened' by the neons and signs. It is an entertainment city that never sleeps.
