Su Dong Chen began his study of the Internal Martial Arts of Pa Kua, Hsing-I and Tai Chi under the great master Hong Yixiang. Su Dong Chen was a full contact-fighting champion in Taiwan during the 1970's. His instruction combines fighting skills with traditional forms. Immigrating to Japan in 1974 he took on the best Japanese fighters and established himself as formidable fighter and a sought after teacher. Don't miss this rare opportunity to learn from Su Dong Chen.

Principles,Practices & Strategies of the Internal Martial Arts system

Saturday, March 10
HSING-I: 5 elements and applications:
9:00 am–12:00 pm ___________________________________ $45.
2:00 pm-5:00 pm _____________________________________ $45

Sunday, March 11
Hsing-I and Pa Kua forms and principles:
10:00 am – 12:00pm _________________________________ $45.
2:00 pm –5:00pm_________________________________$45.

___All classes include a 15-minute break___

If attending entire workshop – Friday, Saturday and Sunday – the fee will be $185

Just a suggestion...
you may want to give more than a few weeks notice next time. Some people would be able to travel if enough time was given.
Good luck, wish I could be there.

Yeah, sorry about that Jake, the final arrangements were made recently. We are planning on a few others this year and I'll get the info out sooner for those.

Hey Golden Arms!

Did you see the info on the May 12th Tournament?

One of the things we are offering is any school that has 10 or more competitors pre-registered we will extend a one night stay at the hotel for the Shifu/Coach of the school. We're trying to make this one a greater success than last years.

I will speak with my team mates on Friday and see if we can round up a good number...if not I may just come out alone since I wont fight until June otherwise. I need to go look up plane tickets...
