One of my friends had these vids. Seemd to be mainly the 30 or so Cheung Bo san sik and various chi sao platforms then, after saying they don't primarily train forms, showed the three YKS/SN hand forms. Not sure if the dummy form they showed was YKS/SN's or not. The san sao looked like YM wing chun technqiues put together in short segments (I'm sure there are differences so don't start bashing me...just my opinion after seeing the tapes). The free sparring segments seemed out of place, as they esentially looked like bad kickboxing with huge boxing gloves on. Overall, interesting stuff and above average as far as instructional tapes go.
