It means you watched "Last Hero In China"/"Deadly China Hero".

Inner air is how they translated qi. It's not a great translation. You can assume they mean the criminal was using some form of iron shirt/golden bell training tied to internal training.

since air technically only can fill the lungs. If I understand what you are talking about, the breath can be used to expand areas, in the stomach for instance, which can be maintained with the surrounding muscles to create a cushion to absorb a blow. Imagine punching a basketball. This "cushion" with practice can be moved to any spot on the body to protect yourself. Training involves gaining control over involuntary muscles and muscle groups and alot of practice. Is this what you are referring to?

Nice to see a wrestler on the forum that has found the internal section. I think wrestling can be very internal. Welcome and I hope you get good use from it. :) ˙
