I liked seeing some Choy Lay Fut applications. One suggestion, next video (if you and your students don't mind of course), show some sparring.
That should shut Knifefighter up! :D

he brings a lot of entertainment to this board if anyone feels ****ed off by what he says then he might be right...I just find him funny:D
