I am a practitioner of the Clear, Young, or Green cloud(I've heard many corrections to our sub sect so I don't know which one to call it haha) Choy lay fut and lama pai style (under the lineage of Sigung Chan Tai San)

Thanks, it serves me well. I trained formally for 7 years in cma. I trained formally for 4 years in an okinawan style and 4 years in tkd with a couple of years in at a kb gym.

I also trained in fencing, boxing and through high school did G/R wrestling.

So, to say anything other than what I already did would do a disservice to what I actually do. IE: I don't limit myself by any one style.

Anyway... cheers!

P.S I still learn from other practitioners as well.

Like everyone else so far, i got a mix...i dont rely on anyone style.

My strongest is my grappling and boxing (mostly because most people dont grapple well, so i'm more comfortable inside)...i've done some hung gar and now study Nihon Goshin Aikdio and 8Step Praying Mantis.
