My niece has expressed an interest in returning to the martial arts. She got her BB from ATA several years ago and I hoping to point her in a better direction.
She lives in west Chesapeake. I would send her to the Jow gar school in Virgina beach but that's like 20 mile away and may be too far for her in the heavy traffic of the area.
Any other good suggestion for MA in the area? and I not sending her to a MMA school. :p
