If you have these videos: http://espytv.com/dragon.htm and know the Chinese names for the exercises demonstrated please contacted me. The videos only list the names of the forms, not the other exercises shown. For example, volume 1 starts out with footwork exercises and I am guessing there a Dragon Style name for them.
