Sunday 4/1 Run 4.5 miles
Monday 4/2 BJJ class
Tuesday 4/3 Run 3 miles
Wednesday 4/4 HIIT conditioning at home
Thursday 4/5 BJJ class
Friday 4/6 Run 4.5 miles
Saturday 4/7 BJJ class - BJJ conditioning class
Sunday 4/8 Run 10 miles

So far I've made it to Tuesday and have done all the workouts. Sunday is easter so it will be tricky ditting that run in but I think I can do it.

You need a day to rest at least. And where's the kung fu practice? Not even some staff practice??:D
