How can I get a seminar listed in the calender section of both the mag and the site

Who do I need to talk to to get an ad for a seminar in Novemeber listed on both the site and in the magazine?

To access our online listing, simply go to our website calendar, click "Click here to add your event! (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/news/new_event.php)" and follow the directions. Online listings are approved almost every working morning (in fact, I just got finished approving the submissions for this weekend).

Just as we are about to go to print, we transfer the data from the online calendar to the magazine. Until last year, this included both 'tournament and events' and 'seminars and workshops'. However, with last year, the amount of tournaments alone usurped the two pages we allocate for calendar, so we haven't been listing seminars any more. Keep in mind that we don't make any money off this - it's strictly a community service - in fact, we probably lose money since many who might advertise with us are just content with this calendar listing and don't buy an ad (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/about/adrates.php).

For seminars, it's probably not financially viable to advertise in print unless your advertising a whole tour of seminars across the country. Our smallest ad is a 1/6 B&W - you'd need to be confident that the ad would rake in over $230 worth of attendees that you wouldn't have had without it.
