I have many.

there are 2 stories that I like most.

1. Long Jin or dragon well tea.

The legend said that Kang Xi or Qian Long went to a village. He was sick. A villager offered him the tea. And he healed very quickly. The emperor sent the tea to his mother/queen or Tai Hou, whe she was sick. And she healed,. too.

thus the tea was granted as the Yu Yong or used by the imperial court.

The dragon well tea was used by the imperial court and the grand queen.

;) :D

2 Bi Luo Cun.

Either Kang Xi or Qian Long, the emperor of Qing.
One day he was thirsty and had "heat stroke". The tea was offered by a village girl. The tea healed him right away. The tea is with soft/light scent and taste. and yet it quenches your thirst and "heat"/anxiety/stress/--- right away.

The name was a bit not good, so the emperor gave the name Bi Luo Cun or green snail in the spring since the shape of tea leaves is coiled like a snail.

One of my favorite Tea stories actually involves Grandmaster Sensie Chan Tai San and Granmaster Sensei Takeshi Ukeno, 1oth dan of Shaolin Ninjitsu.

They were discussing the fabled meeting of Kung Fu-Tzu and Laozi, when Kung Fu-Tzu offered the white goose and sat at the table for a discussion, sharing wisdom and food.

Anyways, they discussed this fable and its many meanings for hours over a cup of green tea, flavored with a touch of fresh plum.

I really like this thread, SPJ. It brings back memories.

Is there any way you can clear up your postings, though? Syntactically, they're rather incomprehensible.

Thanks,

John Takeshi.
