Thanks for posting this! I love watching the Buk Sing players. Do you know if any typically attend the Taiji Legacy? I want to go to a Buk Sing seminar.

many of these forum goers hit up the tai ji legacy. aside from the gung fu, its a huge avenue to meet many new friends. without it it wouldn't have made new ones like shaolinlueb, htowndragon, joe keit, and since i just woke up other names slip my mind........

but its great. you should give it a shot.

I pruchased this awesome dvd for 40 bucks at the skid row martial arts store and the end of your video Sifu Shane Lacey changes up the form...does some pakua into footsweeps...in my dvd at the end Sifu Shane goes off with the long fists:D interesting and nice to see him perform the set at different stages in his training.

What does this set mean to CLF and don't other southern styles have a siu ping kuen (small level hand) dance in their styles, like Gong Ji Kuen Power building set i seen it in Northern Mantis and in Yang Jwing Ming's Long Fist...doesn't Hung Ga have a Gong Ji?.

Not to compare, because its not buk sing or siu ping kuen, but have you seen this guy's ping kuen. also his sow geuk is very good.

Is it just me, or is there a huge size difference between the guy doing the kicking and the guy holding the bag/pads?
