p.s. I keep my hads open on dot choy's due to the fact the bag was vinyl so the skin burns easy where its thin.

Man that area you work out in is quite tight. If I didn't know you were CLF I would think it would be a workout are for a wing chun guy. ;)

Yeah it seems it would be difficult to move around the bag using footwork that would be common for CLF. It does look pretty heavy to work stricking though.

for me any bag thats not hung from the ceeling on a swivle chain type set up it way to limiting for ClF's movement. hitting any bag feels good though. I have not been practising that much in the las two years due to being back in school, maybee one day I can be more involved.

Very good bag work. The smaller the environment, the better. Forces real-world disciplines on a person.

Lot of palm strikes. Just curious, is it because of the bag :) or does your system incorporate a lot of palm strikes?

CLF does have a lot of palm strikes, hence the "fut".

Looks good, be sure to keep your hands up between the volleys of attacks, I notice you are bringing them back and in toward your chest.

I just like palm strikes.

keeping my hands up...
I try to keep my hands up when im sparring or boxing with others when the distance requires it...thanks for the analysis, i will reflect on that.

I should try to put up some sparring clips and apps soon.
