There is no flow and continuity - the movements are too rigid and jerky.

The flow is consistant with Chen style tai chi. The only difference is that the circles are smaller and more compact compared to some practicioners. When one demonstrates fajin in the form usually there are some extra movements. Is that what you are refering to as "jerky"?

Did you know that there's more than one way to execute a form? Are you familiar with large, medium and small frames?
