The two characters Jackie fights on that rooftop don't have names but the actors that play them are identified as David Leung and Ron Smoorenberg. I think it's safe to assume that the man in question is David Leung (since the Choy Lay Fut guy is Asian and the other one isn't).

Gary Shambrook was in Jackie's Yat goh hiu yan (1997) movie ... aka Mr. Nice Guy (Australia). He was one of Giancarlo's Men :D
